It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Thanks to everyone, especially bar staff. Stayed here on our weekend and appreciated the single room we booked. Our accommodation was set in a central location.

Decent base for travelling to Whitby and exploring local places. There is a LOVELY restaurant within short walking distance of hotel.

Perfect for one night, it had lovely rooms and staff. We enjoyed seafood restaurant hadley's fish & chips, situated 100 metres away from the hotel. It offers great prices.

500 metres away there is Sanders Yard Restaurant, where you can dine. We greatly enjoyed black horse inn. The hotel is placed just 1 km from Whitby Lighthouse.
